Tuesday ScripTune

Today's Tuesday ScripTune is "The Deep Deep Love of Jesus".  This is a song that is about exactly what it says.  The love of Jesus.
I have put together a list of scriptures today that deal with thankfulness in honor of Thanksgiving.  One thing that we can definately be thankful for is the love Jesus has for each of us.  It was that love that drove Him to fulfil God's plan for salvation with His death on the cross.  Without it, we would all be lost.

2 Samuel 22:50 (NASB) Therefore I will give thanks to You, O LORD, among the nations, And I will sing praises to Your name.
1 Chronicles 16:34 (NASB) O give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; For His lovingkindness is everlasting
Psalm 86:12 (NASB) I will give thanks to You, O Lord my God, with all my heart, And will glorify Your name forever
1 Corinthians 15:57 (NASB) but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 9:15 (NASB) Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!
Colossians 3:15 (NASB) Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful.
Colossians 3:17 (NASB)Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 (NASB) in everything give thanks; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
Revelation 11:17 (NASB) saying, "We give You thanks, O Lord God, the Almighty, who are and who were, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign.

Take some time today to remember how much Jesus loves you and be thankful for it.

This will be my last post for this week.  Unless something happens that I just have to tell you about.  Our family is traveling to Tennessee for Thanksgiving.   I will be back on Monday with a Movie Quote Monday post.  Oh, and the Christmas season officially starts Monday on this blog so be prepared for all Christmas all the time for the next few weeks here.

See ya then!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Josey
